DMM Summit Plenary 2020

In March of 2020, I was invited to give a series of talks at the Multiply DMM Summit in Chicago. Unfortunately, due to coronavirus, the event was canceled. We were able to capture the first plenary on video and I wanted to share it with you here.

In this message, I share part of the eLife story and talk about the importance of the WIGTake question in our journey toward movement. Asking the WIGTake question leads to catching a God-sized vision for your area which will attract the right strategy to accomplish it.

Michael Hyatt (Leadership Coach) – “Vision and strategy are both important. But there is a priority to them. Vision always comes first. Always. If you have a clear vision, you will eventually attract the right strategy. If you don’t have a clear vision, no strategy will save you.”
